Hillary has and extensive legal and political career. If anyone knows the ins and outs of the job without actually doing that job - is Hillary.

I'm in total agreement that being a woman or the color of your skin should not determine your leadership abilities. That is why it is SO important people look beyond those things and she who is most QUALIFIED. She has it, hands down.
