@elfaranel she uhm... is nervous talking. uhm... every one in the world gets nervous. and alot of people use thinks like that or "like" or "uhh" or "but uhhh" i think she did great for someone who has been on a boat for... 4? 5 months? i wouldnt even talk. shes finallly back home and probably REALLY wants to just be with her family. theres nothing wrong with the way she spoke.

@elfaranel You are showing your uh maturity here. You also are not folling the story very well; she was no longer going for the record. Her reasons for pressing on are hers alone, not ours to judge. After doubling the horn and clearing the Cape of Good hope, there can no longer be an question of her preparation, ability or courage. Give here a break; you will not find any experienced offshore sailors among her critics.

Well one thing is for sure... um... she ain't a great...um... public speaker...um... she hasn't shown her maturity through...um... reading from a piece of paper and not speaking from... um... her heart. Glad she is safe but she left from the wrong time of year to try and beat a age record so had everything to do with age cause that is why she left when she did...
