@spadoutDOTcom i have it like that but my FD wont even shift (I start at the lowest of gears and it wont shift up)

How do you attach it to an aero frame? my seat-tube has a brazed/welded on tab that has a vertical slot???

At the end part, is the chain supposed to be close to the inner or outer plate of the deraileur? How close?

the chain is still touching the sides of the derailleur :(( on the second sprocket:((

@emilianus12 Are your chain rings new or old, because they might be bent which would cause a problem.

Thanks so much! I was in a mess, there was a sound from my FD touching the chain, so I tried adjusting limiting screws and screwed up the whole thing.
Then I watched your video, loosened everything and set up the derailler from scratch. It's working better than it was when it was new, and I now know a little bit more about my bike. :)

ummm when i install the shifter cable, has it got to ve very tense, or loose???because then i can't shift the gears to the largest chainring :S please help

The shifter cable must be tight, not extremely but no slack and make sure when your attaching it that the shifter is in the correct gear.
