Here's some specs and a Quick Review ...Just re-introduced here in the U.S.. It's the same 250cc 2-Stroke Single Cyl., 18 hp, Oil Injected Motor. Has 2 Gas Tanks,a 3.5 gal under the hood and a 2.0 gal reserve tank under the seat. 136" Long Track, Nice Luggage Rack, A decent tool kit with an Emergency Start Rope included. NO Reverse OR Hand/Thumb Warmers. Reverse is available aftermarket. Warmers are an Option. Super Reliable,Tough and Fun. Great Ice Fishing/Trappers Sled. Go ANYWHERE on These sleds! I Suggest Getting a set of Carbides and Studs if Ice/Roads is where you ride. Nice Tow Hitch standard.Top Speed about 40mph. 4" Susp. Front and Rear, but for intended use, it's fine. Cheap too, @ $3995.00 U.S. This Sled is The Same it was 20+ years ago, and Still Great, Easy Parts to get too...if needed..it never breaks down! The Retro Style is kinda Cool too. I also Have a Fix for The Pesky Exhaust/Vibration issues I've seen on These..Easy Fix!!!.

  • Couple days ago I started to ride my 2011 Bravo as well (very late start of the winter). By the way, what is MPG on average for your ride?

    An

  • @0grela I never checked it. I always top off my tanks...I will try to get that for you once we get some more snow.

  • Would this be adequate for a wife who is pretty timid. I need something with smooth power, simple controls, easy to start and reliable. It would be used only trails. Thanks!

  • @plutonium9 I put a comment on your channel page. These are work sleds, there are better sleds for a new lady rider,my girl doesn't enjoy mine as much as my older (2004 Arctic 370).

  • The cost like 5000 dollar$

  • @Yamahabravoz My local dealer is still pricing at $ 4099.00, and have seen them at others for as low as $3999.00. They are built for work/trapping/ice fishing. They are not the most comfortable thing to be on, but they just keep on going and going and going... I've got many hours on mine and just rode it this past weekend( October 30th!!) .We got some very early wet snow and I got to play for an hour or so. Can't wait for the Winter to arrive.

  • i want one but i have one its a 1998 yamaha bravo i like it but its not fast enough

  • i have a 80's br 250. i rode it when i was young, i just rode it around the yard a few days ago. so much fun in a little package.

  • @Yamahabravoz There is one on ebay for $3000. It is in Iowa, though.

  • I'm aware pal! Especially after watching the Angry Ontario Snowmobiler video on youtube haha

  • @TheBravo250cc pay attention. not like a arctic cat. ;)

  • I've got a yamaha bravo BR250 (short track) and I really love it. I better like that than a powerful snowmobile because it's heavy and the bravo is good for it weights. I really recommend it! I think that the new bravo are too long, and mine was too short so what I did, I put a phaser II suspension. best snowmobile to go off road! :)

  • @plutonium9 absolutley, strong enough to get her where she wants to go and not very intimidating so she can give it good throttling and not be overwhelmed. but know that with any snowmobile you can get zippy, but this is a great beginner snowmobile along with practicle and commonly used

    hope this helps

  • Besides the paint, these sleds have barely changed in years. The instruments look identical to my 2003 Bravo 250 long track. But these things take a beating and just keep going and going.
