Maca Root: Natural Hormone/Fertility Aid?

The pamphlet in my box says: Take two 500mg capsules per day for four months, then to take a one week break. After that, take a one week break every two to three months. If the body is reacting well after four to eight months of use, consider reducing dose to half the original dose. (For women sensitive to the two capsule dose, try taking one capsule. For women with more severe conditions, try taking four capsules. It varies by person, but the recommended dose is two 500mg capsules per day.)

@kim103live I've never tried a different brand. There are several brands of maca root though. If you have a local vitamin store they should be able to help you.

U can find it cheaper probably on Ebay. I just looked it up tonight 10/04/11 and it's mind blowing.
