Military to Defend is Strong.

Production under this system is mostly Home with exceptions for resources that cannot be grown or made at home. No Balogny Production. Less needless production yet foundation is strong. Strong Research, Space Exploration, Deep -Sea Exploration, Strong Infrastructure, Country Leadership, Strong Markets and Transportation Systems.

Homes are Environmental. Trees used are from Farmed Trees. This system has 56% Houses, 39% Apartments with 5% Bought Property (Celebrities, Sports Stars, Politicians, Engineers, Etc.).  No one is willing to buy homes because the Cost to own a Home is 5 Times the Cost to Rent. Land is for everybody.

Homes are built by The Government. Rent is Cheap. Home Inspectors check on the House Once a Year. Lawn / Yard must be taken care of by Property Renter. If Lawn or Yard is not taken care of, you will be warned or cited. Damaged Property you must pay or you'll be unable to rent. Deductions will automatically be taken from account when signed form. If there's no money you will be taken to the Court of Law = Bad Rent. Court will determine whether you made immediate large sum transactions.

Work Hours is 8 Hours a Day with Federal Law paid Lunch of 1 Hour. No Break Period. 1 Hour Lunch is after 3 1/2 Hours of Work. Retirement money is separate from the Hours of Work you put in.

If Starting Rent is $18.75 per person 18+ every week, then starting income level every week should be $625 = $30K Annual. A Brand New Lower Basic Model Automobile should be $30,000 with $15,000 Liability Payment (6 months work). Contracts cannot exceed One Year. Money is deducted from your account automatically. No funds will equate to Repossession therefore you have to manage your money well.
