i get the message that some people do not like this cut. i wish i had the original audio edit of the talk to post again with different music or none at all but unfortunately i don't. i'm keeping this version on my channel for those who do like it as is. Others, sorry this is not to your liking, hope you find some other videos on youtube that you like better. (plenty of Ram Dass 'without' any additional music or images to be found on here). Peace

I have a hearing distortion problem and am struggling to hear Ram Dass' words. I wonder if this could be uploaded again without the background sounds as others have also requested? Thanks anyway for sharing with us. Ram Dass is an amazing teacher.

Sorry iamwonderfulable and the others who have asked nicely if able to post without the accompanying musical backdrop, but i no longer have the original audio splice of the Ram Dass talk to be able to repost it without. This was an early experimental video edit. Some have liked with the music. Some have not. The polite feedback for if i bother to make any future videos appreciated.

Let me know so I can reupload this talk without the music. I say this because people turning to this soundtrack are attempting to escape from addiction and pain. beats299, this was personally edited from a longer 2 part audio i acquired simply called 'Attachment And Addiction' (Don't know if this is from an album of a different title or. If knew i would list it). i appreciate what you're saying as to why some might not like this style of presentation (while others have done - 1,025 likes, 14 dislikes) but this was posted over 3 years ago - i don't still have the materials to re-do it myself now. Hope you find so you can upload without the music

i never had this problem before or rather it never bothered me. but now i see what people are talking about, plz stop the f-ing music or turn it down. everyone has to put their music in every speech! Please everyone learn from this, no one like this shit. on a lighter note This guy seems really cool.

what happens if your mind develops attachments to behaviours that are actually beneficial - dietary habits intended to prolong life and enhance wellbeing can be good in one sense however when the mind interrupts it can make it appear as if your behaviour is inappropriate. If anyone has any ideas on this I would love to hear!

as noted, the background music, or noise, is totally unnecessary and purely awful. pyschedelic mumbo-jumbo. this extremely helpful, profound, soothing wisdom doesn't need the added effect and should be deleted, then uploaded again. the graphics don't add much either, but that's not very important.
