Does this work for strobe lights too? hehe... When I film bands they like to use the strobe lights & you only see the strobe on a small part of the frame.

I believe NTSC is the proper format in Japan as well as America.. Though there was a chance this might help someone :)

What if you go lower like 24 FPS or 30 FPS? I have not see this in my videos with the 7D in NTSC at ant framerate. "cheers"

@nate42nd your in america so you shouldnt have a problem but if you changed your camera to PAL so that it was shootin gat 25 or 50fps then you would notice an issue
