I know this is a 2001, but I have a 2002 Maxima SE with stock(factory) HID lights. And LOVE them too death, White color clear as day. Dont know the color temp but I now have 6,000K aftermarket H3 HID lights for my bumper lights. Damn close to similar color as original stock lights, So I was able to match.

@Guitarman496T i buy it on ebay ..the kit is all plug and play ,and its 10 000k. they sell the light and the hid . but its not great ,so i retrofit it soon .

Which seller did you buy this off? Also can you show us a vid of what it looks like at night?
Also maybe the difference between the daytime running lights and the xenons/HIDs
