Correct, you can take all the lessons you want, but cannot solo until you're 16. Unlike driving, there is no age limitation to start taking flying lessons.

I mean,im 15 in a week,and i learnt hell of alot about the cockpit.

How to set the altimeter for the mean see level pressure,alternate static source,knowing the primary gauges etc.

I hate to say it but flight sim helped me learn most of this.I cant wait to take my first flying lesson in a week,but shame it wont be a glass cockpit,and it wont be a cyrus for sure.
