google hardlight productions -- thats the website with the guys working with FSOpen to spruce up the game. They are working on a new version, but V3.6.10 is really kick ass. a lot of updates available for FS2 and you can get FS1 and Silent Threat campaigns too. Just search their forums :)

Been my favorite track. I have been playing this game since I was a kid and it will never get old. Freespace will never be outdated, replaced, or forgotten by its fans. Freespace was, is, and forever will be the best space simulator of all time, nothing and noone can take its title. I still have the original case to the Freespace game. Volition and the other designers left Freespace at such a cliffhanger.
