R.I.P. Gary Speed. Sad day for the world of football...

I was born and raised in Wallsend, but now live in Chicago, USA. Probably doesn't help, but the Toon's colours (tops, t-shirts, caps etc) are proudly worn in the USA (at least by me, my wife and son :-)

what a club to support, i know we've had our terrible times and get stick where ever we go, its worth it with newcastle. to be apart of a fanbase like we have is amazing, you'll never get passion like this at any other club, NUFC<3

Gonna get a Newcastle United badge on the left side of my chest ... proud to be a geordie !

I think going down was probably the best thing to happen to Newcastle since the Bobby Robson days , we got rid of the players that were more intrested in their Money than their club , Now we actually have a group of lads who are proud to wear the NUFC Strip <3

Im getting really p****d off seeing youg kids in newcastle wearing other clubs strips. Ive been a season ticket holder for over 12 yrs & over the last 2/3 yrs its realy become noticable. You would never see a londoner/scouser/manc sporting a newcastle top so wny do newcastle kids feel the need to wear theres. They did a survey in the daily mail on cities that supported other clubs instead of their own & newcastle came 2nd!! The biggest support for Chelsea outside of london was in Newcastle.
