Klaus Nomi sings very good - I had never heard of him before... I decided to save a version with orchestra...

Once in awhile, there are adaptations of serious music that enhance, rather than detract, from the art form, and I believe this is one of them. There ARE counter-tenors who have done interesting, moving, and legitimate work on this. . .
Kindly remember that many wonderful sopranos have worked on pieces originally written for castrati. . . no need to limit "artistic license."

Irremplaçable Klaus Nomi! Dommage que cet air du froid soit si court mais,dans la conception de Purcell,ce passage est très court et revient souvent comme leit motiv.Sinon,ce ne sont que cuivres et vents:Mais c'est un opéra magnifique!

Oui,cest un peu court, jeune homme ! On pouvait dire... Oh ! Dieu !... bien des choses en somme...
Klaus Nomi a, lui, eu le courage d'oser chanter cet air créé à lorigine pour une voix de basse, et Purcell ne me semble pas trahi, remettre au "goût du jour" un opéra vieux de près de 3 siècles : chapeau...
Quant aux images, à chacun d'apprécier ou pas, pirmpR a fait tout ce travail avec son coeur, son âme, il faut simplement le respecter, bravo et merci, pirmpR

qu'est ce qui est "nul"? musique? images? pour ces dernières à la limite... mais l'interprétation, je ne partage pas votre avis
