Well Guildford has one the highest tax bands anywhere in the UK, but they wont patronise you by giving you any special treatment, so expect public transport that doesnt run on time, buses that routinely break down miles away from your destination, and roads that are so pot-holed and poorly maintained that you actually need a Land Rover to negotiate the town.

Nightlife, expensive drinks a reputation for drunken violence, so if want to get beaten up by a better class of thug, have a night out in Guildford

Guildford, the town that tried to cheat its way into becoming a city by building a big church on the top of hill, but really it was just to make the Omen look good

I always been to Guildford with my family. I remember about the time in 1998 when we arrived in Guildford. I was about 3 yrs old back then. That was when I started in the playgroup called 'Shepherd's Hill Playgroup. Then I was in the nursery in Springboard School. Now I was too old for many of them. Now, I go to my new school. Linden Bridge School. I once started in Primary Junior, then Primary and now I'm in Secondary G. And the jumpers are navy blue, and the shirts are now all white.

Expensive... er yep i robbed there on 4.11.11

it was in a shop next to the post office and it was

£5.95 for a ordinary Sausage Baguette!! Bread 9" long Sausgae barely 6" long

£1.99 for a tea...no it was a small cup!!

£1.00 for a Mars bar

I did think about reporting the robbery, but the wife told me to leave it!!
