You will find it easier to understand what I mean by watching the movement from a side position (clip 17). As you will have noticed, the horizontal movement is not easy to perceive, especially for a musician sitting at the very far end of the orchestra pit and who is also reading his music (compare clip 18 and 19).
This happens because your arm moves on the same line as his eye. But, if your position is correct, the movement will always be the same from every angle , and the musician's eye , even if far away and absorbed in reading his music, will always catch your beat very clearly. The great advantage in what I am saying is that, apart from having a greater control over and contact with the orchestra, you will not waste time during the rehearsals correcting players who are not in time.

...el gesto arqueado, combinado con una breve detención después del golpe, da la idea del punto preciso que se está yendo a golpear (clip 15) cosa que no puede comunicar el gesto horizontal porque se mueve a lo largo del plano (clip 16). Notaréis mejor lo que estoy explicando observando el gesto de lado (clip 17) Como podéis observar, el gesto horizontal no se puede percibir fácilmente, menos aún el instrumentista sentado en el fondo a los lados y que, además, en ese momento está leyendo la partitura, porque el brazo se mueve en el mismo plano del ojo (comparad clip 18 y 19). Mientras que con la postura correcta el gesto es percibido desde cualquier ángulo que se lo mire y el ojo del músico, si bien lejano y concentrado en la lectura de la partitura, percibirá siempre y con mucha claridad vuestro impulso. Una ventaja directa de cuanto os estoy diciendo podría ser, además de la de tener un mayor control y contacto con la orquesta, la de evitar la pérdida de tiempo durante las pruebas reprochando secciones de la orquesta porque van fuera de tiempo...

...Il gesto arcuato, abbinato a una piccola fermata subito prima del colpo, dà l'idea del punto preciso che si sta andando a colpire (Clip 15), cosa che non può comunicare invece il gesto orizzontale perché si muove lungo il piano (Clip 16). Vi renderete maggiormente conto di quanto dico osservando il gesto da una posizione laterale (Clip 17). Come avrete notato, il gesto orizzontale non è di facile percezione visiva , soprattutto per uno strumentista seduto in fondo ai lati e che, inoltre, durante l'esecuzione sta leggendo la parte, confrontate i Clip 18 e 19. Questo succede perché il braccio si muove sullo stesso piano dell'occhio. Mentre, con la postura corretta, è sempre lo stesso da qualsiasi angolazione lo si guardi, e l'occhio dell'orchestrale, anche se lontano e concentrato nella lettura dello spartito, percepirà sempre e molto chiaramente il vostro impulso ; un diretto vantaggio di quanto dico potrebbe essere, oltre ad avere un maggior controllo e contatto con l'orchestra, il non dover perdere tempo durante le prove per richiamare sezioni dell'orchestra che vanno fuori tempo.

Eine Bogenbewegung, die mit einer Überprüfung kurz vor dem Schlag kombiniert wird, gibt eine genauere Vorstellung des Punktes, den Sie anschlagen werden (Clip 15). Dies kann man nicht mit einer horizontalen Bewegung anzeigen (Clip 16).
Was ich damit meine, ist einfacher zu verstehen, wenn Sie von einer seitlichen Position zuschauen (Clip 17). Wie Sie bemerkt haben werden, ist es für einen Musiker, der am anderen Ende des Orchestergrabens sitzt, nicht gerade einfach, diese horizontale Bewegung zu bemerken, während er dazu noch seine Noten liest (vergleichen Sie Clip 18 und 19).
Dies geschieht, da Ihr Arm sich auf der gleichen Linie wie sein Auge bewegt. Wenn Ihre Position aber korrekt ist, ist die Bewegung aus jedem Winkel betrachtet immer dieselbe und das Auge des Musikers erkennt trotz dem Notenlesen jeden Schlag klar und deutlich. Der große Vorteil, liegt abgesehen von der besseren Kontrolle und dem besseren Kontakt zum Orchester darin, dass Sie keine Zeit verschwenden während die Musiker, welche nicht im Takt sind, versuchen, dies zu korrigieren
