If there is such a thing as a four-door coupe, the 2010 Aston Martin Rapide is it. There are rear seats, but they're of the barely inhabitable type you might typically find in a true two-door. Of course, the Rapide has rear doors, too, but they, too, are a bit on the small side. Watching full-size adults crumple themselves into the backseats is almost comical and once they get in they are clearly not pleased to be there.

Just as tg72211 says, this isn't the first 4-door Aston, there was the AM Lagonda in the 70's i think, big 4-door lux limo..

See this is where i think a car goes wrong: a man with family and friends like me needs a car that seats at least 3 people in the back. So that said, whats up with BIG armrest that extends so much. But i got to admit this car is unique, not that i would buy because of this, but its still nice.

@BLIZZARDIBLO it is extremely funny and at the same time IRRITATING AS HELL... that people that haven't even been in a car like this, let alone CANNOT afford such things are always the ones who are commenting and fighing over specific details and "this and that" and bla bla bla".

To be honest WHICHEVER car they can buy for their money is the BEST car in the world. since they will never have the opportunity to COMPARE.

98% of the world population don't have money to buy this ttype of cars and i understand why there are so stupid and ignorant coments comparing the cars....the reason is that who compares the cars is englobed in the 98% population that want's but cannot, that think they know how to evaluate a car but the brain is missing....poor guys get a brain..... do you really want to compare a Porsche Panamera to a Rapide? PLEASE... No comparision at all...the Porsche is in a much higher level at all.

the rapide is beautiful, in my opinion.
