i finaly put a subby in my car
cadence 125.2 puts out 250 watts rms @ 4 ohms
sub is dual 2 ohm voice coil wired to 4 ohm (series)
i have a universal remote gain and low pass filter mounted up front, they work on the rca input to the amp.
the power wires are: 4 gauge from battery split into 4x 8 gauge wires (2 8ga wires per amp) this is simply to get the best amount of power possible to the amps. ground cable on the cadence amp is dual 8 gauge as well, ground on alpine amp is 4 gauge.
sub runs great even though its under powered, the amp gets a little warm because it is at max gain most of the time.
i made a cooling system for this amp, click on my channel to see it in more detail and dont forget to subscribe for my future updates.
Thanks for the response Robbie.. Do you notice any headlights dimming with bass?

Hey Robbie, so i notice you got 2 amps running. Are you powering both amps on just the car battery and no other backup battery? Just wondering, thanks.

@toddandrodd yes they are both on the one car battery
