Bush, the Republicans, and Democrats started the war - if you vote for it, you support it. Cheney admitted to certain acts (it is debatable if they are torture) that high ranking Democrats allowed and did not disapprove of. Democrats sit back and pass the blame but are just as involved as the rest. I see you forgot Clinton's Operation Desert Fox in Iraq.
