samsung has the worst customer service ever. They only provide warranty in korea. i have had no tv troubles yet but all the other stuff i own from samsung is shit including cellphone , home theater etc. do ur self a favour and buy Lg or something who are well known for customer service .

@eyelesskiller8 I've never had to call customer service for any samsung product, so I can't confirm or deny that, but it's good to keep that in mind
