This was the opening song of the Diamanda Galas concert (at the Barbican Centre, London). No-one was allowed to film, so I had to hide the camera. The concert was too dark to see anything, but at least you can hear the true brilliance of her voice (however freaky it is!). Don't know what the song's called though.

  • shrieky deiky - i'm glad she can still do these wonderful things with her voice after all these years. she really knows how to keep her instrument in shape! it may sound destructive but she knows what she's doing!

  • That is true. Even with a 3 and a half octave voice, she still manages to do the impossible. The sounds that come out of her seems like it could only be computer-generated. Absoultely amazing!

  • I was there, amazing performance, especialy the last song- gloomy sunday!I have still shivers on my spine...she is godly!!!

  • Hey, so glad someone else from the concert saw this! Amazing show!!! I have a few shorter clips, but this was the best one. Might upload more though. Thanks for the comment (especially being my first video upload)! Will see you at her next show!
