Workout Chest,Abs 9-12-2011
- Incline Smith Press: Touch high on your chest, right below your neck
Do 12 reps as heavy as you can go
Rest 1 minute and then do following super-set:
- Flat bench dumbbell fly, 20 reps
- Cable crossovers, 20 reps
Repeat entire process for 5 sets
When finished, do dumbbell pullovers lying across a bench
5 sets of 12 reps
Abs
Super-set:
Ab Wheel
Weighted Crunches (with weight behind head)
Try to get 4 sets of 20 reps
