@alesanarocksmexico china's not gonna back up north. Both China and US were scared. US is one of the biggest buyers of China and China is the biggest supplier of US. if NK and SK do battle, then US will support SK, but China's not going to support NK.

@hellofaname 28 thousand and 500,000 are peace-time numbers. You have to factor in the fact that if mobilization occurs, both South Korea and the US can field massive numbers of soldiers well above 1 or 2 million people.

I believe this is propaganda. In the KPA, every soldier is brainwashed to fight to the bitter end. Sure the North will lose, but casualties would be enormous.
