Rush was being clever testing how the left wing media and liberals react if he spoke like Dem. There are coast guard cutter ships around Haiti right now. They are not bringing aid in. They are not moving injured people out. They are there to prevent Haitians from leaving.

Maybe the president is using the Haiti crisis for political aims, maybe he isn't. I don't think the Haitians who can't find food or water really care. We should all care more about getting help to those who need it than how our political enemies respond to it.

There's definitely racism when we deal with Haiti and Africa.
But isn't it inevitable.
When people see these populations as relentless basket cases, incessantly begging, aren't they going to start to beleive in their inferiority?

Actually, the since 911 remark was Giuliani's next statement, which he made to correct his earlier statement of there being no attack on U.S. soil during the Bush Administration. Regardless, it is simply false. There were attempted attacks during the Bush Administration, besides 911.
