We had some delays with the tooling, and then during long term testing decided to change the aluminum threads of the top rail to steel threaded inserts. I'm glad we waited for release. It's a much better product for it. I'm very sorry for the long delay, but I didn't want it to ship unless it was worthy of the Archangel name.

We are currently filling back orders to distributors and some dealers. As soon as we fill these standing orders, the Sparta will be available on our website for purchase.

there has bee some success in modding the standard sparta to fit on a a 180X series -

Hello Archangel! Could you please update all of us that own the older style (18x) model Mini 14's on progress with the Sparta Stock modified for ours? You have told us they are coming but it is getting painful listening to all of out friends bragging about how great the Sparta is....there are a ton of us out here dying to get our hands on one but are beginning to feel a bit like the red headed step children:(

1. QD mounts should not be at the rear of the buttstock, but instead should be at the front of the buttstock or the rear of the reciever above the pistol grip.

2. AR style take down pins would be quicker than screws.

3. More texture to/on the pistol grip would be nice.

Sorry but most cheek risers only change the angle not the height of where your cheek rests. The Robison XCR is the only assualt rifle with a real cheek RISER.

Hey Guys! I have searched high & low to find a retailer carrying the Sparta Stock and have not found a single one that has it in stock....can you please point me to someone that does???? PLEASE!!!!!!!
