You have a filter under the crankcase? Sorry, I'm not trying to be rude, but it's hard to understand intonation with written words. If you have a filter under the engine block, well....it sounds like your engine oil filter hasn't been screwed in all the way.

i also have a 1982 gpz with the pod intake but i have a filter on the crankcase under it what is it and why would it leak oil?
