Beginning with the residents.

There's MEREDITH GREY. She's brilliant and balanced. Her BFF with an attitude is CHRISTINA YANG. Who could use a little work on her bedside manner. There's a touchy-feely ALEX KAREV. Meredith's half-sis, LEXIE GREY is the easily smitten overachiever. JACKSON AVERY's the pretty boy with a sense of humour. Chief Resident MIRANDA BAILEY is toug has nails but has a heart of gold.

Staff docs include the dashing DEREK SHEPHERD a.k.a. McDreamy. The devilish Mark Sloan known as McSteamy.
And the feisty CALLIE TORRES. Callie's current flame is ARIZONA ROBBINS. There's the Cardio Queen TEDDY ALTMAN. And Trauma King OWEN HUNT. Last but not least is father figure and former Chief, RICHARD WEBBER.

Cristina wounds out of the love triangle with Owen & Teddy...and calls it quits. But everything changes when a grieving husband goes on a rampage.
