When Somebody Loved Me (practice)

This is a rough video of her practicing in class. She's 8 years old and this is her first Lyrical Solo. I hope to get a better video of this during one of the upcoming competitions. But she was so proud she insisted I post this one.

this is a weird question but what was the name of the routine that used the scaffolding?

We use that scaffolding almost every year... but last year we used it for our production routinue. We called it "Catz". It wasn't a weird question... lol... but I'm curious to know why you asked...lol :0)

and that thing in the back ground. is that used as a dock?

because if it is i remember that dance too,

If you watch the video response to this you'll be able to see her in costume where she performed at the first competition and in the information it lists all of the competitions she competed at and what she won. The scalfolding was used in a production routinue they were in but not as a dock.

I think I saw her dance this at Showstoppers in Myrtle Beach 2009. Somebody did this song anyway and it was ridiculously cute.

She's never competed at Showstoppers. I would have loved to go to Myrtle Beach though...that would have been fun! ;0)

well, at my studio one of my group numbers used a scaffolding, so I was just interested to know the name of the dance (: haaha

Thanks...they are very flexible. They do score very close to eachother. The competition between them is very close. I hope to have some new videos up soon.

Do they both get the same scores at comps cuz they both seem to dance the same which is unusual!!

They are ultra flexible! They must have been born doing the splits. aha. =]
