I'm curious as to who this is. It seems a long way to go for a prank and it's way better than the original song, which I don't find very interesting. Whoever this person is they are good, I wonder what they sound like when they're not imitating Joanna.

Yeah, pretty sure its not Joanna, very different style of harp playing for instance, although the singing is really similar to her earlier work. Still, really good song

@cherubtattoo It's not her.It's someone doing an impression of what she sounded like back in 2004. She hasn't sang like this for a long time and the timbre of whoever's singing this song's voice is different if you really listen. I can really tell it's a different person, but they are doing a decent impression of her. I guess they probably have a different person playing the harp

This is an April Fools Day Hoax and is not Joanna Newsom - her PR person has confirmed as much
