  • i love Warner as a QB. The problem is his life story makes him actually believe the crappola he thinks. If you had told Warner when he was bagging groceries that it would take 15 years to become an NFL QB, he would have done it. The research is far more important. So his own logic is silly.

  • yeah. didn't work.

  • I understand, rommie wha you are sying. i guss ll of these shock jocks so to speak so outragious things to get attention and ultimately to gain an audience which earns them money.

  • @hucky27 No more "creepy" than the likes of Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh in my estimation. Perhaps you will grow to appreciate Maher's perspective the more you're exposed to it. You certainly don't seem as intractable as most right-leaning Youtubers.

  • @roomie4rent Maybe, i just seems like he could say anythign outragious and insulting, and then when people are upset, he can just say he is just being funny. I do see what you are saying though. I still find him to be a creep.

  • @hucky27 Being critical and abrasive doesn't make you a moron. You have to understand that he is both comedian and political commentator. Most of what he says is for the sake of a few laughs. Maher has admitted that there are many brilliant Americans and American Christians, while also heaping praise on our national achievements. His tactic is merely to shame people into reform so that our society may be lifted from its prosaic stupor. There's much to like about the US, and much more to improve.

  • @roomie4rent Good points you make. However, Billy Maher is nothing more than Trash TV. That is my opinion, I believe in being rational as well, and a deep thinker. The thing is, I have heard this guy talk for years, and he sounds like a moron to me, just because he insults so many people and states that Americans are stupid, and he is ashamed of our culture, that does not mean he is intelligent himself. I really feel that he is a disturbed man, and at the minimum an opportunist.

  • @hucky27 Been to college, hucky, with a BS in Chemistry. Let me tell you, most scientists and engineers agree with Maher, a stalwart rationalist, who campaigns on the side of reason and makes assertions using credible facts and figures. No deist can make that claim. Just because you have a degree in lit doesn't mean all you read is Shakespeare.

  • @roomie4rent Bill Maher has isues and is a charlatan. He goes around and makes comments that religious people are “insane” and need “counseling”. BTW, even though you probably have never heard of him, Newton was easily the brightest scientific mind in the scientific cosmos. He gets credit for inventing Calculus. Newton attributed everything to God, not to himself. I would pay attention and listen to more valuable people, instead of fakes like Bill Maher.

  • Bill Maher is obviously uneducated about so many topics, from economic theory to basic science. He has a B.A in English, not to say that is not worthwhile, but come on dude, the guy talks like he knows something about World affairs, and insults people that have a belief system. I will give you some advice, when you go to college, if you ever do, major in something hard, then when you finally see a small glimpse of how the universe MIGHT work.

  • @hucky27 You're right, Bill Maher graduating cum laude from Cornell University means that he's an uneducated idiot. You might want to look up the definition of both 'idiot' and 'educated', huckster. You seem possessed by the same logical fallacies that religious zealots like Warner are laboring under.
