The 2nd Amendment is not about hunting. It was written so that we could defend ourselves against tyranny in government. In the Heller case, the Supreme court ruled that the 2nd Amendment guarantees a fundamental individual right to have firearms without being connected to any service of the state or military organization, and that the 2nd Amendment is a fundamental part of the bill of rights, which guarantees citizen’s individual rights. It is the 2nd Amendment guarantees the 1st Amendment!

So if congress or any politician isn't allowed to infringe upon any rights granted by the constitution, why is Occupy Wall Street invaded and evicted from their protesting grounds? Not saying I'm a supporter, but rights are rights and anyone can lawyer up broad passages to suit them.
