@Alucula Level 1 shin akuma has shit health against a level 2 Hibiki, a Level 3 Hibiki would have gotten raped by a level 3 s.akuma. And if akuma hadn't asura senku'd right into the move he wouldn't have been hit since that shit like never works in game anyway.
