Great video, loved it! Especially the part where they were watching the White Queen's execution together...ah, fun times. I was wondering though, how do you get the other characters in the levels they don't appear in?

I used the console. You type ~ in the middle of a level. then you type, for example, actor c_duchess you can type actor c_madhatter, actor c_jabberwock, pretty much any character you can think of

thanks, the reason i made episode 2 how it is, is because it didnt feel right having the mad hatter be friends with alice. they're meant to be enemies! lol
