If it's been paid, then nothing to worry about. They're pissing in the wind for £8 - it'd cost them far more to even chase it up.
Report them for telephone harassment - OFCOM and Trading Standards (your local one and theirs). Financial Ombudsman service might look into it as well, and if they uphold a complaint, they'll charge the company £400+, regardless of whether they come down on your side or theirs.
But don't speak to IJ on the phone and keep a log of times/dates they call.

Automatic diallers - these are a pain in the butt. My latest clip has a small subsection about the Truecall device, which counters that problem magnificently.
I realise it seems like an expensive option, but it's worth it and any such companies would only ever get through to you once.
I know it reads like an advert, but it is a fucking marvellous piece of kit.
Oh, the chances of them arriving at your door are about nil. Even if they do, their rights to be there are also nil.

Furthermore, IJ (Incompetent Jackasses) are in the mire - employee cuts on the go. There might not be any company left for the 'field collector' to work for if things keep on at their current rate.

These cocks have stopped chasing me now after i sent them a letter stating that under the data protection act i did not give ebay permission to pass my data on to them they dropped it straight away, so i thought all good. well after a week of calls from ebay themselves (i dint answer) they've sent iQOR recovery services onto me now

IJ tend to back off once objections get raised - especially if it's one they find difficult to answer (which is easy enough!).
With these job cuts, previously unemployable dregs are about to become unemployable once again!
IQOR (what a stupid fucking name!) are notoriously rude, belligerent, and infamous for chasing up debts even EBay deny are owed.
ANY debts actually owed to Ebay should be paid directly to EBay - there's sod all that the DCA can do about it!

There are ways and means to get them to stop.
With CCA requests (assuming whatever they're persuing you for is covered by the CCA 1974), I.J tend to drop it like a hot potato.
Faithless cowards that aren't sure (and don't care!) if what they've been given to chase can even be backed up. That's all they are!
DCAs don't like people who ask them to do anything or who ask questions. A bit like the Khmer Rouge, really.
