I didn't think my 7 month old babies would let me even get close to them while they were laying down in the warm sunshine this afternoon.. a rare occurance in a Tennessee January. But the filly did.. for almost an hour she cuddled with me on the ground so relaxed .. she would raise her head up sometimes, look around.. then sink back down and put her head in my lap.... close her eyes and soak up the sunshine... except when her "brother" came by to pester us both!
