HAHA! You say "its not really that hard" with no stress in your voice.
The song does make sense to me: I really do hate when people here complain about it; however, I do think the pivots in the ending pattern are pretty insane, but like everything, once you really get used to it, not THAT bad.
Not like I could ever do it, I mean, but still... >_>

Alright, what does the Nightmare look like with C Mods in place?
With the C Mods, it looks...well, doable. It's the BPM Changes that make this...very difficult.

Am I seeing things wrong or is the ending all relatively straightforward albeit fast turns (as in you neither have to double-step nor face away from the screen while turning)?

The ending is exactly that. A fast turning stream where 32nds which follow the bass are included. No double stepping or facing completely away from the screen required.
