@dangerine Saturated fat is bad for your health is based on a study done 50 years ago called the 7 countries study that has since been shown to be unscientifically sound - theres no conclusive proof that saturated fat is good or bad for you. The Masai tribe have one of the highest saturated fat intakes in the world, yet a much lower rate of heart disease than other nations. Im not saying saturated fat is good, but theres no proof its bad either

Seemed to make sense to me. I like the way Glenn presents in such an open and relaxed manner which is easy to understand. I also like his great use of hand gestures to illustrate his various points. Glenn comes accross like an expert but without the pomposity. Good stuff !!!

This guy doesn't know what he's talking about... Iron in spinach is perfectly absorbable. The body is intelligent, and if it doesn't need iron, it won't absorb it. that where he's getting his misleading info from. studies based on people that had plenty of iron in their system. Also vitamin C helps you absorb iron so it's a good idea to eat something like oranges with your spinach to help absorption.

It is only 2 of about 5 grams of fat that is Saturated Fat. Most say that that would roughly be the perfect ratio of Saturated to non - Saturated Fat others would say its slightly higher than perfect. That is far from being a lot.
This video was cool, but could be very misleading to the average consumer. One, green leafy veggies will always be good for you, and great sources for nutrients for your body. If you wouldn't eat another animals fetus, then why egg? Nuts are natural and will also forever be great for the human body, coffee on the other hand is largely taken advantage of especially with MILK, which is basically glue. The chocolate he speaks about isn't what you're buying now, if what you have says Milk, trash it

There is some good information in this video, but he neglects to mention the effect of SATURATED FAT on Blood Cholesterol. Eggs have a lot of sat fat, the iron isn't absorbed well (with sulfur present) and most people in industrialized nations get too much protein. So where's the benefit of eating a food that is obviously not so healthy for you?(in the US where they're usually Factory Farm eggs, consider those hens have Antibiotics in their bodies and have probably barely survived the stress...
