Man & Material Lift Engineering is nearing completion of a 100' specialized clean room lift that will prepare satellites for launch at Cape Canaveral. MLE previously built a similar machine for Lockheed Martin who sub-contracts to the NRO (National Reconnaissance Office). MLE is also building two OMNI-directional clean room scissor lifts for United Launch Alliance destined for the Astrotech Clean Room in Titusville, Florida. Representatives from Lockheed Martin, Space Coast Launch Services and Patrick Air Force Base visited MLE facilities for factory acceptance testing.
