  • Thank You! Yes, you can definitely substitute wheat berries, or practically any other grain, as long as it can sprout, like kamut or spelt.

    I don't eat a lot of corn, but you can make a cracker with corn kernels, some onion, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and any other spices like cumin or chili powder to make a Mexican corn chip. Blend it up, and spread on a teflex sheet. Dehydrate, flip, and then dry until you get them to your liking.
