Thanks for the video, Im new at dehydrating and this is a wonderful video. Can I substitute read wheat berrys for the buck wheat and was wondering if you had a dehydrated corn recipe for crakers. Thanks again

Thank You! Yes, you can definitely substitute wheat berries, or practically any other grain, as long as it can sprout, like kamut or spelt.
I don't eat a lot of corn, but you can make a cracker with corn kernels, some onion, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and any other spices like cumin or chili powder to make a Mexican corn chip. Blend it up, and spread on a teflex sheet. Dehydrate, flip, and then dry until you get them to your liking.
