This is the second excerpt from the successful 'Echoes of Oban' concert held at the College on November 29. In it Principal Robert Wallace introduces young Ross-shire piper Ashleigh Bell who plays the ' Lament for Donald Duaghal MacKay'. This is the tune with whoich Ashleigh won this year's MacGregor Memorial prize at the Argyllshire Gathering.

Hallo,

vermutlich bist Du kein Piper. Tschuldigung hier mein Kommentar geben zu müssen.

Dieser Piobaireachd ist nicht nur lang, sondern auch Technisch sehr anspruchsvoll.

Das dieser Tune technisch überhaupt keine Schwierigkeit bietet ist wohl etwas weit hergeholt.

Och Andreas, das ist lediglich lang, aber schwer würd ich das nicht bezeichnen. Wirklich sehr schön alle male,

aber mit das schwere daran ist wirklich nur das Merken des Stücks, technisch bietet das überhaupt keine Schwierigkeiten.^^

Stell dich mal nicht so schlecht dar, ich weiß mittlerweile so, was du drauf hast. ;)
