Situations like this are very sad. CPS can't act since there's no proof of physical abuse and technically no evidence of mental abuse that will stand up in court. The only real hope these kids have is their own inborn common sense telling them that, "Hey dude... this shit is total WHACK! I'm gettin' the fuck out of here!"
