I manage a Walgreens and I also heard it for the first time there. Its my favorite song. It usually only plays after 8pm when Muzak decides to play good music.

to my dad JOHN and his Zephyr 6 cylinder saloon R.I.P.

I heard this song for the first time at a Walgreen's store, of all places. Love the sound, love the story. Great performance!

There is nothing greater than to hear the guy who wrote the song, perform it his way. What an absolutely smooth and perfect acoustic sound to a great song. I would give anything to be able to bring this great song alive like Mr. Cohn does. Fantastic performance.

@Bredadarts Could be because Cohn Covered "The Only Living Boy In New York" on his "Listening Booth" album.

This is just wonderful.

this song is the ringtone on my cell phone when my Dad calls me....I remember being 11 years old when he bought a '59 Studebaker. It was a pink car but that summer my dad had me and my brother help him strip the paint off of it 2 the bare metal and he then proceeded 2 have it painted black. With its dark, dark, fresh black paint job and tail fins distinctive of the cars of that era, it was quickly dubbed the "Batmobile" (based on the 60's tv show) by everyone on the block
