Check out the Classic 50 amp on my other video, I think its better than this vintage Fender, but not by much.

This amp is a 1976 Silverface Deluxe Reverb. Speaker is Weber 12f150, guitars used are USA strat, and a Gibson ES-135 w/P90's. I am attempting to sell this one, but I know I will regret it. My first amp review...should have written a script.

By the way, I said "it won't need servicing anytime in the future", I meant "near future", meaning it is in great condition and operates at 100%.

Volume on 5
Trb. on 3.5
Bass on 4
Rev on 2.5 or so

Guitar tone about half way.
Guitar volume full

  • Hello mate, I am in the UK and I am wanting a good clean silverface deluxe reverb or SF PR, do U have one or know anyone that has one for sale, hope so, I don't mind paying for shipping to UK, please let me know asap, thanks mate

  • @UKToneKing Hi there, I do not know of one for sale, nor do I have one right now. I really enjoyed the Deluxe when I had it, but l I have found that in a live setting there are only a couple things that really matter when it comes to an amp. Those are, do not use an over powered amp or you'll never get the tone out of it, and it must inspire you to play confidently.

  • I've got this same amp, more or less. I installed a 60s Jensen C12 in it and a friend of mine "blackfaced" it for me. The greatest amp I've ever played.

  • @samthehiggins I agree really any vintage fender does it for me.

To me, it's a matter of how loud I want to be. At home a little Vibro Champ on 5 or 5 is awesome. Deluxe reverb is good for medium/loud. I agree that they pretty much all sound great if you crank em up a little bit.

  • I have a 74 DR for sale. It sat in my closet for 25 years. I had a new speaker installed. Contact me if you want details.

  • Just bought one in Italy two days ago, a 1978 SF, sounds beautifull, just needs a few fixings and will be fine!!!

  • @unionagenda Ok Thanks. I'll check out the Peaveys

  • @1971SuperLead Sorry, I sold it last month. I am a total vintage Fender nut, but If you are just looking for a good solid amp with lots of Fneder tone, check some used Peavey Classic amps out. I went with a Classic 50, but the Delta Blues is probably the ticket. I just uploaded my Classic 50, and decided not to sell.

  • @unionagenda How much??

  • How much?
