  • I must say I dont quite understand the airport/freeway but never mind that, what an absolutely beautiful cover. Seriously, as far as covers go; this is a 10.

  • @sagestark Thanks for the compliment. The SF airport is there because I had just dropped my lovely blue haired daughter off to fly to Chicago. We live in a not so wicked little town in the mountains. The background images have very little to do with the song. Mostly just visual interest that had to do with travel.

  • Hi Teri I had not heard of Hedwig and the Angry Inch before this, but remember I am in the wilds of Canada here lol, Great performance my friend it really is a good song and I'm lovin that 12 string guitar

  • @Ottawarocket The movie is not a real happy one. Visual cool though. About a German immigrant singer who had a botched sexual reassignment surgery. Ouch! But it has some great music with an interesting yet quirky sad story line as it follows Hedgwig's musical career.

  • What a really beautiful arrangement you created! And I've said this to you before, you have figured out how to utilize the unique tone quality of the twelve string guitar better than anyone else I have ever heard perform on the instrument. (I play the instrument too, and I always just love your music so much.)

  • @foddi1 Thanks. This 12 is my only acoustic and have to say the few times I've picked up six string acoustics there seems to be missing something. :o) I've played some amazing 6 string Taylors that sound beautiful but can't afford one. This Takemine 12 is not as good as a Taylor but it does have a sweet sound. My first acoustic guitar was 12 string Yamaha when I was 13. Was a great guitar till the neck bowed.

  • I've seen this a dozen times or so. Just genius. Moody, dark, so expressive-slightly depressing- genius! So humbling watching Teri- how can we measure up as artists?

  • A very touching interpretation. I loved it. Thanks for sharing it.

  • Nice one

  • wOW! Beautiful. Made me cry.....:( There is so much to this song I can't even begin to comment......thanks......

  • I saw this song and I was like <"No Way! A Hedwig song!" I used to sing Midnight radio. YAY!
