GRID gameplay on a 8500GT

Well, I'm one of these poor bastards who still have a low-end video card, and I wanted to show people how the game runs on my 8500GT. (It's the 1gb one, so it's even slower! Ha!)

And yeah, i know my driving skills suck. I just wanted to show you how the game runs.

PC specs, FPS are below.

Sim, eu sou um desses miseráveis que ainda tem uma placa low end, e como eu sei que o pessoal que tem uma placa dessas sempre fica meio que em dúvida na hora de comprar um game, queria mostrar como o GRID roda aqui na minha 8500GT. (É a de 1GB, dessas mais baratas, que vem até com underclock. PQP, e sim, eu tenho overclock mas é pouco, e a ventilação do meu pc é essa que vem junto com esse gabinete vagabundo mesmo.)

GRID settings/Configs do GRID:
800x600, everything on low...game has nice graphics tho.

well you have here the same pc specs like mine but i have nvidia 9400 . dont know if it will run on meduim mybe or high . i will check out the benchmarks for the game . cuz i ran GTAIV , on high and meduim ( some settings high and some meduim ) so i think this will work fine for me . thanks for the video . helped alot

I'm running GTA IV with textures on high and most of the rest on low, 1024x768 with 15-25 FPS. I could run it in a lower resolution for greater FPS but since the game has no anti aliasing...

But I think GRID would work fine on your PC, since your card is better than mine. I think you could get a 50-60 FPS range in 1024x768. Anyway, let me know!

I used to have this card, I burnt it out though... I've moved to Sapphire HD 2900 GT on Crossfire, it's a cheap and quite good set up, as shown on my vids( a lil bit of advertising for ya:P) I would suggest them though, if you are looking for a fairly cheap upgrade. =D

Your welcome mate, just make sure you check YouTube for the performance of whatever card you are going to get and look for Benchmarks everywhere and anywhere. Good luck gaming and shopping =D

Thats my point. I usually dont complain about my card, since I play, like, every game on it, even if its on Low, as you said, graphics dont make a game.

I'm playing NFS SHIFT right now with it, good fps, 800x600 on medium, 2x AA. Great game, tho.

Yep I know, but i like real smooth FPS rates, so I prefer leaving the settings on low :d
