how to knit fair isle using continental method

I couldn't find a good video showing how to knit fair isle using the continental (one hand) method when I was learning so now that I know how I figured it would be good to share the technique. Hope you find this helpful!

i have tried knitting continental and just can't get the hang of it. I even knit a full baby blanket continental style and still have trouble with it. I think my left hand just is dexterous as my right.
