  • I hope you kept it off. I used to work with a lady who had gastric bypass and gained it all back and then some. Didn't even know until I I saw her in Weight Watchers. Don't eat fast food, period. It's bad for you.

  • Studies show that gastric bypass surgery is a short term solution but almost everyone who gets it, has a 6 to 7 year rebound, or can even die. This is a very dangerous and very profitable surgery. Consider the risks, and try eating like a diabetic first, and exercise.

  • @nLxTerritory Talk to your doctor first. Stop eating grains, starches and sugars. Drink water. Don't eat anything fried. Eat vegetables, lean meats, nuts and seeds. Exercise daily, 20 minutes minimum a day. You will lose about 1 lb a week. It's important to avoid sugars, they make you gain weight. Most people don't realize that they drink allot of sugar in soda. Water is always better.
