Did the universe form to fit us, or did we form to fit the universe?

Even if accept this argument of an initial creator, in what way does this lend credence to a particular creed?

That is, except for circular references in ancient dogma, what says that this creator is not brahma, yahwe, or any of the other thousands of gods humankind has invented?

The word "youm" is thus understood, within the Qur'an, to be a long period of time -- an era or eon. Therefore, Muslims interpret the description of a "six day" creation as six distinct periods or eons.

After completing the Creation, the Qur'an describes that Allah "settled Himself upon the Throne (As fits His majesty)" (57:4) to oversee His work.

Allah is never "done" with His work, because the process of creation is ongoing.

I'm not a least bit surprised that the ratings are disabled. Lets see whats wrong then:

1. the big band was not an explosion but rather an inflation

2. matter did not explode into space, space itself was created along with time and everything else

3. The cosmos is far from a perfect order: black holes, imperfect orbits, galactic collisions etc etc

4. again, the big bang is not an explosion

Thats only the first 1:15 of the clip and I ran out of space to type. Why distort the facts?

@FallofDarkness55 the word big bang is not an accurate word to describe the beginning of the universe as Allah (God Almighty) say: Do not the unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were a closed-up mass, then We clove them asunder? And We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?

@TheAmazingSatirist I agree. Even Alan Guth a knowledgeable person about this clearly states the the big bang is not an explosion. Explosions don't behave like the big bang. The big bang is simply the expansion of the space-time fabric. Explosions are inhomogeneous and have irregular patterns.

"Then We placed him as (a drop of) sperm in a place of rest, firmly fixed;"

(Surah Mu'minum 23:13)

The drop or nutfah has been interpreted as the sperm or spermatozoon, but a more meaningful interpretation would be the zygote which divides to form a blastocyst which is implanted in the uterus ("a place of rest").

Lolz! How come the Qu'ran is so much like the bible??? ever thought about that?? well u probably kno when mohammad asked the Christians and jews to create a new religion, they refused and he just went to the desert and come back with this book nearly a copy of the Bible. Well still they didnt listen (fortunately) so he went to the desert again, got an army and invaded the city of Mecca... THAT MAKE ANY SENSE TO YOU????????????????
