All copyrighted video and sound materials belong to their creators. No infringements intended. If you are the copyright holder, please take the following into account before reporting to YouTube:

1 - The source LP for the audio performance has been commercially unavailable for nearly 40 years. Its presence here is not depriving you of any compensation until and unless WEA re-issues the album or licenses it to a re-issue company like Razor & Tie. The day that happens I will promptly lay out my cash and buy it and post links on Facebook, Blogspot and Twitter encouraging all my friends and family to purchase a copy.

2 - This is an inspired performance of your song by a wonderful artist and it deserves to be heard.

3 - I have presented this not for fame and fortune, but strictly for fun and out of love of this music.

  • Whew! Finally remembered the name of this LP and track! Gorgeous.

Here's something on pedal steel by a bunch of Norwegians and one Bulgarian and equally pretty. It's "Traktor" on Surfin' USSR by Farmers Market. Amazon has a short sound clip.

  • @wbgo "Farmers Market" What a cool band - never heard of them before! Great arrangement on 'Lodtschitze mini Maritza (Ferry Cross the Mersey)' with the theramin-like steel break - a new favorite! Thanks much.

  • I used to have this album - absolutely loved it. It got lost in the shuffle of many moves. Any idea where someone could pick up a copy of this album. Some of the best stuff ever tracked for steel guitar.

  • @ejoe5 I was lucky enuff to pick this up at a used record store in Eugene OR way back in '78 - sure that there are copies floating around somewhere. I just sent you a message w/link for the mp3s...
