I love crabbing and I love this video, although crabbing here in the Puget Sound for dungeness is a bit different. For instance, no bugs. None.
Has anyone tried both dungeness and mud crab? I'd like to hear about the differences.

I'm one of the mentioned that freezes them.... only cause I got caught by a claw once. Didn't lose the finger but it got broken. Never been shown how to instant kill.... that man has samurai skills. lol. I now live in NSW where females are allowed to be kept as long as there is no eggs involved. I still throw them back though outta habit and sustainable fishing.
