The current Hiawatha line of the lightrail runs a huge subsidy right now and when it was first planned they expected it to cost 400 million and it turns out it costed about 715 million- great economic central planning.

Mass transit is a necessity for medium to large cities. Don't be retarded and accrue all of the problems of L.A. The third guy was the best. The tax increases he described sound very good, what happened?
